I have always been fascinated by human psychology: ‘how’ we make decisions and the way we develop our life. I first focused my studies on Social and Organisational Psychology and I gained a master degree from the University of Padua. In 2011, I started working for the same University within the Empower Daphne Research Project, the aim of which was to test the healing efficacy of psychodramatic techniques with women victims of violence. As a research assistant, I accompanied professor Ines Testoni in her researches for more than three years in the field of women and gender rights.
I am an expert in gender studies: I possess a double master degree in Women’s and Gender studies from Utrecht University and Granada University.
I am now completing my training as a psychodramatist at the School Voor Psychodrama under the supervision of Renée Oudijk (TEP and founder of The Federation of European Psychodrama Training Organisations (FEPTO) ). In the meanwhile I also gained experience in clinical practice working with psychodramatique techniques.
I also specialised in treating anxiety disorders including generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder through Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I travelled the world and I lived in the UK and in Spain, and in the year 2012 I moved permanently to The Netherlands.
This cocktail of academic achievements and the broadening of my life onto the world convinced me that I am here on this earth to help healing people’s souls. I consider it a gift and I see it as my true purpose in life.
Working with women and mixed groups is my specialisation. In my work I will take you by the hand and together we will start a path of self-knowledge and exploration.
